At our organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented HR Payroll Specialist to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in payroll services and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As an HR Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our employees by administering leave and pay variations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payroll processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering leave and pay variations, including complex employee pays, compensation, superannuation, employee movements, commencements, separations, and maternity leave using SAP and/or Aurion
  • Completing allocated workloads and checking in designated timeframes within the team to ensure cut-off periods are met
  • Assisting in the distribution and answering of correspondence for the payroll services section, including the payroll inbox and helpdesk phone
  • Ensuring adherence to appropriate record-keeping practices
  • Preparing correspondence and providing accurate and timely advice to clients on payroll-related issues
  • Preparing payment of invoices, maintaining KPIs, and performing ad-hoc administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Performing system testing as required on behalf of the section
  • Contributing positively to team relationships and providing assistance to other team members
