Human Resources Intelligence Specialist

This role involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting human resources data to inform strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and consolidate HR-related data from various sources within the organization.
  2. Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics, workforce demographics, and performance indicators.
  3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data by conducting data validation and cleansing processes.
  4. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders about their needs regarding organisational change and maintain organisational structures and positions in the HR system.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be an Australian citizen or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Understands the APS work level standards and the diversity of roles across the APS.
