Workforce Planning and Analytics Expert
This role involves leading the development and implementation of workforce planning and analytics strategies that enable organizations to make informed decisions about their workforce.
- Develop and implement workforce planning and analytics strategies, including forecasting, scenario planning, and workforce segmentation.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making around workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide HR and business leaders with real-time visibility into key workforce metrics.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide recommendations for optimizing talent utilization and performance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement talent programs that support workforce planning objectives, such as career development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors and consultants to access expertise and resources related to workforce planning and analytics.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in workforce planning and analytics, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a strong focus on results.
