Programme Coordinator Job Description

The Programme Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the success of our Australian-based programmes. This dynamic individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting participants from around the world as they embark on life-changing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily programme activities while providing support to outbound UK School Assistant and UK Activity Assistant programme participants.
  • Support participants throughout their journey, from application to placement and beyond.
  • Conduct interviews to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
  • Maintain effective relationships with host partners to guarantee successful placements and ongoing partnerships.
  • Develop new leads in schools and outdoor education providers.
  • Organise presentations, information sessions, and events to promote our programmes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on programme marketing and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports.

  • A self-motivated professional with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in programme coordination, education, or youth work is highly regarded.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
