We are seeking a proactive and organised Programme Coordinator to manage our Australian programmes, supporting participants from around the world as they embark on life-changing experiences.
In this role, you'll be responsible for programme logistics, participant support, and school partnerships, ensuring every placement runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll also play a key part in promoting our programmes, hosting information sessions, and building strong relationships with schools and participants alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Australian programme while supporting outbound UK School Assistant and UK Activity Assistant programme participants.
- Support participants throughout their journey, from application to placement and beyond.
- Interview candidates to ensure high-quality candidates are selected.
- Liaise with host partners to ensure successful placements and ongoing relationships.
- Identify new schools and outdoor education providers to generate leads.
- Organise and host presentations, information sessions, and events to promote our programmes.
- Assist with programme marketing and communications, working closely with the wider team.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as experience in programme coordination, education, or youth work. You should be friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping others succeed.
You'll also require strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and comfort presenting to groups and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
