Programme Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Programme Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of our programmes while supporting participants from around the world as they embark on life-changing experiences.

  • Manage programme operations by coordinating daily tasks and ensuring seamless participant experiences.
  • Support participants throughout their journey, from application to placement and beyond, providing exceptional guidance and assistance.
  • Interview candidates to ensure the quality of programme participants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with host partners to guarantee successful placements and ongoing collaborations.
  • Source new schools and outdoor education providers to expand programme opportunities.
  • Plan and host presentations, information sessions, and events to promote our programmes and foster connections with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop effective marketing and communications strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Experience in programme coordination, education, or youth work is highly regarded.
  • Passionate about helping others succeed and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
