Job Title: Programme Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Programme Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and have a passion for working with young people.

This role involves managing our Australian based programmes, supporting participants from around the world as they embark on life-changing experiences. You will coordinate the day-to-day operations of our programme whilst supporting our outbound UK School Assistant and UK Activity Assistant programme participants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate programme logistics, participant support, and school partnerships to ensure successful placements.
  • Support participants throughout their journey, from application to placement and beyond.
  • Interview candidates to manage the quality of applicants.
  • Liaise with host partners to maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Develop new leads in schools and outdoor education providers.
  • Organise and host presentations, information sessions, and events to promote our programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.

About This Role:

  • A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Confident communication skills and experience in programme coordination, education, or youth work is highly regarded.
  • Friendly approachable attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and present to groups.
