As the leisure coordinator, you will oversee person-centred leisure and lifestyle programmes in our facilities.
You will manage a team of wellbeing carers responsible for promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation through person-centred recreational activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of wellbeing carers with excellent leadership skills
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents to maintain their skill levels, independence, and mobility
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and organise recreational activity programmes
- Evaluate individual resident needs, values, spiritual, and cultural preferences
