Technical Support Expertise Wanted

We are on the lookout for a skilled Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance via phone, email, and remote access tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and procedural documentation
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Industry Certifications such as ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, DevOps)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
