The role of the Application Support Engineer is a critical component in providing technical assistance and advisory services for NHP products to internal and external stakeholders.

This position involves collaborating with a talented team to deliver expert post-sales technical support via email and phone, as well as creating and maintaining technical resources such as website content and knowledge base articles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent NHP by providing exceptional support for its products and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver expert post-sales technical support for NHP products and systems via email and phone.
  • Assist customers, the Customer Service and Sales teams, and with application-based pre-sales technical inquiries.
  • Provide specialist product advice to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
  • Manage and resolve complaints and technical inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Engineers, Consultants, and Product Managers—to deliver accurate solutions for business-related technical projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (consideration will be made for applicants in related disciplines)
  • 1-3+ years experience in an Engineering role
  • Practical application knowledge in Power Distribution, Motor Control, Automation, Machine Safety or Industrial Products
  • Demonstrated passion for building a career in technology, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning
