As a Senior Technical Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical expertise to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Incident Resolution: Providing timely and effective solutions to resolve complex issues related to business systems.
  2. Proactive Improvements: Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for improvements and implementing proactive measures to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  3. Strategic Partnership: Working closely with customers to understand their long-term goals and assist them in developing and executing strategies that leverage their application capabilities.
  4. Technical Expertise: Utilizing deep technical knowledge to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions.
  5. Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow and delivering robust, best-practice based ServiceNow implementations.
  • High proficiency in Javascript, AngularJS, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Strong skills in working with Development APIs.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow automation, integrations via ServiceNow Orchestration and Web Services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and consult, providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team effectively.
  • ServiceNow certifications, including at least two full learning path certifications in ITSM & ITOM / ITAM, or certifications in ITSM / GRC / HRSD.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills.
