Job Title: Portfolio Management Assistant

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Property Management Team in the efficient day-to-day management of client property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date records for each lease, ensuring seamless execution and registration where required.
  • Arrange client signing of supporting documentation.
  • Store original lease documents securely, adhering to client instructions.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure tenants comply with lease commitments.
  • Manage public liability insurance and tenant securities records.
  • Provide administrative support to the contract management team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in property or corporate real estate.
  • Knowledge of commercial property management and leasing practices.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative services model.
  • Strong business acumen with financial knowledge and skills.
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, or similar discipline.
