The Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client care, leadership, and supervision to your peers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with older teens and young adults, particularly in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior staff members, ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our clients.

Selection Criteria
  • AHPRA Registration Required
  • Clinical Endorsement Desired
  • Proven Knowledge of NDIS and Medicare
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Work Ethic, Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Member

We offer a highly competitive salary package of $140,000 - $152,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also provide relocation assistance, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
