This role plays a critical part in ensuring the prison meets its service delivery outcomes and complies with relevant policies.
">- Contribute to the Case Management Review process, participating in the development, coordination, and delivery of prisoner risk and needs assessments, parole applications, and pre-release services.
- Assist in the administration of risk assessment tools with individual prisoners.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating sessions and services, individually and in conjunction with service providers.
Additionally, you will assist in reintegration processes for prisoners by demonstrating an understanding of transition issues and displaying strong ability to engage clients who are difficult to reach.
Proficiency in computer skills such as Excel data management is essential for success in this position.
