Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver prisoner risk and needs assessments, parole applications, and pre-release services within a prison location.
  • Contribute to the Case Management Review process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of transition and reintegration issues and needs of prisoners. You must also be able to administer risk assessment tools with individual prisoners and work effectively with clients who may be difficult to engage.

Requirements
  • Experience in and/or understanding of working within a correctional environment.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Your computer program skills should include data management using software like Excel.
