Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the national delivery of a wagering channel. This is a high-impact role where leadership will shape the customer experience, strengthen industry relationships, and drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated managers
  • Driving commercial performance by maximising turnover, revenue and profitability
  • Overseeing national rostering, administration and project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity
  • Fostering strong partnerships with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience

Requirements:

  • Extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver on financial targets
  • Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in regulated industries, with a focus on compliance, risk, and safety
