At this critical juncture, a visionary leader is required to spearhead our on-course wagering channel. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer experience, strengthening industry relationships, and delivering commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth by maximising turnover and profitability
  • Oversee national rostering, administration, and project delivery
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and integrity
  • Foster strong partnerships with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences

About You:

  • Proven track record of leadership experience in large-scale operational management
  • Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering financial targets
  • Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in regulated industries, with a focus on compliance, risk, and safety
