Job Title

Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • As the National Operations Manager, you will lead the national delivery of our oncourse wagering channel.
  • You will be responsible for maximising turnover, revenue and profitability by implementing business strategy and overseeing end-to-end operations.
  • This includes budget management to ensure financial sustainability, national rostering and administration, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated and experienced managers to achieve exceptional results.
  2. Drive commercial performance by developing and implementing strategies to maximise turnover, revenue and profitability.
  3. Oversee national rostering, budgets, administration and project delivery to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience in large-scale operational management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver on financial targets.
  • Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
