Lead Oncourse Wagering Teams

As National Oncourse Operations Manager, you will oversee oncourse wagering operations across Australia.

This key role involves driving commercial performance and growth through strategic decision-making and operational oversight.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with race clubs and industry stakeholders to develop and maintain seamless betting experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Oversee end-to-end oncourse wagering operations to maximise turnover, revenue and profitability.
  • Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Operational Teams: Lead a team of dedicated managers to achieve business objectives and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Foster Industry Partnerships: Collaborate with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver consistent and engaging betting experiences.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all oncourse wagering operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.
