Property Investment Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and intellectually curious Property Investment Manager to join our team.

This role offers exposure across performance, strategy, and growth initiatives, working closely with senior executives and contributing to some of Australia's most significant commercial and residential property investments.

The Opportunity

The initial focus will be on structuring and automating financial models and performance reporting to support decision-making across the portfolio.

  • Performance: Preparing quarterly reporting, board papers, forecasts, valuation reviews, and providing analytical support to development, finance, and treasury teams.
  • Strategy: Developing material to inform future investment strategy and portfolio planning.
  • Growth: Supporting M&A opportunities and new product development, including innovative financing solutions.

You'll join a tight-knit, high-performing investments team, complementing an existing manager to provide seamless coverage across multiple workstreams.

About You

We're looking for a commercially savvy and adaptable professional with:

  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, ideally with experience automating reporting processes.
  • A background in property investment, development, funds management, or advisory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare high-quality board-level material.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to work across both traditional and non-traditional initiatives.
  • A proactive approach, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • This is targeting around 5-7 years of professional experience post degree.
