Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute meaningfully to strategic investment decisions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and feasibility analyses for property acquisitions and developments.
  • Prepare in-depth investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform investment strategy.
  • Support due diligence processes, including legal, planning, and financial reviews.
  • Monitor project performance and provide ongoing analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with development, finance, and external consultants to drive project delivery.

About You:

  • 2–5 years' experience in property investment, development, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, with expertise in Excel.
  • Experience in real estate or property development is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property, Economics, or a related discipline.
