We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our property investments team.

This role offers exposure across performance, strategy, and growth initiatives, working closely with senior executives and contributing to significant commercial and residential property investments.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an analytically minded property professional who thrives in a dynamic, non-siloed environment and enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable solutions, and influencing strategic outcomes.

The Role

The initial focus will be on structuring and automating financial models and performance reporting to support decision-making across the portfolio.

  • Performance: Preparing quarterly reporting, board papers, forecasts, valuation reviews, and providing analytical support to development, finance, and treasury teams.
  • Strategy: Developing material to inform future investment strategy and portfolio planning.
  • Growth: Supporting M&A opportunities and new product development, including innovative financing solutions.

You will join a tight-knit, high-performing investments team, complementing an existing Manager to provide seamless coverage across multiple workstreams.

About You

We are looking for a commercially savvy and adaptable professional with:

  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, ideally with experience automating reporting processes.
  • A background in property investment, development, funds management, or advisory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare high-quality board-level material.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to work across both traditional and non-traditional initiatives.
  • A proactive approach, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
