Buyers Agent Opportunity

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a high-performing investment agency.

You'll be responsible for sourcing and analysing investment properties across Australia, building strong relationships with agents and vendors, and guiding investors through the acquisition process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing residential investment properties through various channels
  • Conducting suburb and property analysis to identify investment-grade opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, vendors, and key stakeholders
  • Performing investment modelling and client strategy coordination
  • Assisting in negotiations and managing end-to-end acquisition processes
  • Collaborating with internal team to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded
