Administrative Support Specialist

This role is responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of an office environment. The ideal candidate will provide daily administrative support to the business, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and meeting room facilities, including reception duties and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Provide administrative assistance across the business, including word processing, data entry, and filing.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, welcoming and hosting them in a professional manner.
  • Manage security passes and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Process regular orders and assist with administrative functions such as photocopying and binding.
  • Coordinate internal processes, including mail collection and distribution, staff whereabouts, and phone list documentation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a front-desk or office environment, preferably with 1 year's working experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
