**About the role**

As a Legal Support Officer, you will be integral to the administration of complex and sensitive legal matters. You'll work closely with solicitors and other professionals, ensuring that all relevant documentation is efficiently processed and files are accurately maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

Every day will bring variety, but your core responsibilities may involve:

- Keeping files organised and up-to-date, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Preparing accurate, timely legal documents and briefs that are essential to the efficient running of matters;
- Building strong relationships with police, counsel, the courts and other government agencies to keep things moving smoothly.
- Tackling a variety of tasks-like filing court documents or responding to subpoenas-with professionalism and care.
- Helping improve how the team works by contributing ideas and streamlining processes.
