About the Role

We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to provide administrative support in our office. This role involves managing bookings, coordinating meetings, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Provide efficient client support by delivering information to clients and the care team.
  • Manage bookings for meetings and presentations, including coordinating refreshments for visitors and office events.
  • Maintain reception, office, and kitchen areas in a clean and organized state.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or similar role with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, meet deadlines, and make sound judgments while aligning with company values.
