Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Invoicing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of supplier/creditor files, responding to enquiries and entering supplier invoices into the system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of supplier/creditor files and responding to enquiries
- Entering and allocating supplier invoices into the system
- Accurate matching of invoices to purchase orders
- Accounts payable support including reconciliations and payments
- Produce and analyse monthly and weekly accounts reports
- Assisting in general finance ad-hoc duties
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Able to provide excellent customer service
