We seek a part-time Medical Receptionist to provide front-line services at our medical centre in Sydney, AU. Key responsibilities include guiding patients through administrative and financial aspects of their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality reception and secretarial services to patients, doctors, and staff
- Greeting patients and visitors personally and over the phone
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- General office duties
- Opening and closing the clinic as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Previous medical reception experience advantageous
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience using medical software advantageous
- Critical attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
