Administration Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless patient check-in and admission for Private Elective Surgeries and Public Waitlist bookings, ensuring efficient and accurate processes.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, building strong relationships with patients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Bookings and Admissions team and liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrated through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated operational efficiency, providing accurate and timely data entry.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sound understanding of medical terminology and/or Health Fund contracts, enabling informed decision-making.
  • High standard of computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
