
Front Line Patient Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate patient service coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere within our Day Surgery unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
- Manage patient data and medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a customer service or patient service coordination role, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated commitment and provision of exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
