Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate patient service coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere within our Day Surgery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
  • Manage patient data and medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or patient service coordination role, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated commitment and provision of exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
