We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our clinic team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and confirmations with precision and efficiency.
  • Process billing and receipting accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management of patient records.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working successfully in a team environment.
  • Exceptional phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
