Project Coordinator

Job Description:

This role involves supporting the planning and delivery of multiple residential construction projects. As a key team member, you will coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage variations to job scopes to align with client specifications and site conditions.
  • Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address inquiries, resolve on-site issues, and ensure clear communication throughout the project cycle.
  • Monitor subcontractor work to ensure adherence to project requirements and report any discrepancies or additional scope needs.
  • Provide guidance to senior management on matters requiring attention and implement their decisions.
  • Collect and analyze data associated with projects undertaken, and report on project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in interior fit-outs and small-scale residential developments.
  • Strong project management skills with practical experience in material procurement, workforce scheduling, and task delegation.
