Job Title:

Pre-Construction Coordinator Role

This residential builder is renowned for delivering luxury homes of the highest quality. They are seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator to oversee the pre-construction process, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pre-construction documentation, drawings and schedules across multiple disciplines to facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Manage planning and building permits, authority approvals and compliance requirements to ensure timely project progression.
  • Oversee site preparation including demolition scope, services applications and compliance documentation to guarantee smooth construction processes.
  • Support pool and landscaping design approvals and integration into project programs to enhance overall project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and reporting to project managers and leadership to foster collaboration and transparency.
Key Qualifications:
  • Qualification in building design, architecture or construction management.
  • 3–5 years' experience in design coordination or documentation within luxury residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building regulations and authority processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD/Revit, Procore and Microsoft Projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and proactive communication.
