Homeless Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team, assisting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity across Melbourne.

The primary objective is to assist the client group into safe, sustainable and affordable long-term housing options. You will engage with diverse and complex individuals to provide wellbeing focussed support and deliver effective services to our clients.

You will build relationships and collaborate with specialist support services to improve the client's health and wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reflective and encouraging environment, supporting and empowering people to develop the skills and capacity to ultimately improve their quality of life and avoid future episodes of homelessness.
