We are seeking a talented Administration Assistant to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co., where we put the world on vacation.

About the Role

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Resort Management team in contributing toward the smooth and efficient operation of the Resort. This includes ordering consumables, food, beverages, and linen, reconciling daily banking and payments, following up outstanding documentation and tasks with each Head of Department, and providing general support throughout the property at the direction of the Resort General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering of consumables, food, beverages, and linen
  • Reconciling daily banking and payments
  • Following up outstanding documentation and tasks with each Head of Department
  • Assisting in conducting OH&S and Quality Assurance Audits
  • Providing general support throughout the property
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive subsidized private health insurance, discounted hotel and resort stays globally, and professional development funding.
