As a key player in our organization, the Collaboration Specialist will be instrumental in delivering top-notch collaboration services. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy working with customers to find solutions that meet their unique needs.

The Collaboration Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve technical issues and drive incident management and resolution. They will also play a key role in mentoring and assisting other team members to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and growth within the team.

This role requires a strong problem-solving skillset, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Teams and Cisco collaboration platform suite of products, as well as a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration Services Delivery: Provide technical support and facilitate the delivery of managed services for collaboration technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Work with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to resolve technical issues and drive incident management and resolution.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor and assist other Collaboration specialists and advisors within the team.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Experienced and/or certified with Microsoft Teams and Cisco collaboration platform suite of products.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
