Digital Collaboration Specialist

The Information Technology team is seeking a skilled Digital Collaboration Specialist to join their global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital collaboration solutions and services to support the firm's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SharePoint Online solutions to support the firm's intranet and collaboration needs.
  • Provide training and education to content owners and publishers on publishing techniques, content guidelines, and design principles.
  • Assist in the migration of existing intranets to a single platform under the global intranet project.
  • Publish intranet content using HighQ Publisher and maintain user guides and training documents.
  • Work with HighQ on system upgrades and improvements and understand and manage all IB security requirements of the HighQ data rooms.
  • Use ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests and act as an escalation point for unresolved issues or queries.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge and experience in the following is desirable: HighQ Collaborate and HighQ Publisher, No/Low code platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools such as Web Trends or ShareGate.
