Executive Director of Student Experience

Key Responsibilities- Student Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Student Support Services: Lead a team of professionals to provide high-quality support services to students throughout their time at Davidson.
- Employment Opportunities: Collaborate with industry partners and employers to provide students with the best employment opportunities post-graduation.
- Stakeholder Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with industry, employers, and other educational providers to improve the performance of Davidson.
- Operational Excellence: Drive a student-centric focus across all operational functions, building a reputation for educational excellence, alumni activity, and student success.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and driving customer experience in a large environment.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive and implement change across an organization.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading a high-performing team in the delivery of customer service.
