We are seeking a highly regarded executive leader to join our team as the General Manager Student Experience. This is a key leadership position that will drive a student-centric model of customer service across touchpoints, including campus reception, phone contact enquiries, and online support.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of five direct reports to deliver customer service and improve student satisfaction rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the student experience value chain and improve employment outcomes for graduates.
- Build partnerships with industry, employers, and other educational providers to improve the performance of Suni TAFE.
- Drive change projects under pressure within a strategic framework.
- Manage a range of operational functions to deliver customer service and improve student satisfaction rates.
We are looking for a highly regarded executive leader with experience in leading and driving customer experience. You will have demonstrated the capability to drive and implement change across an organisation and manage a range of change projects under pressure within a strategic framework.
You will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience from a large environment within the education, public sector, or private sector. You will be able to leverage stakeholder partnerships to improve the performance of Suni TAFE and position them as the region's major vocational education training provider.
You will be a highly regarded executive leader with a strong reputation for educational excellence, alumni activity, and student success. You will be able to drive a student-centric focus across all operational functions and build a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about giving everyone in the region the opportunity to undertake quality and reliable vocational training. You will be able to lead a high-performing team in the delivery of customer service and improve student satisfaction rates, enabling students to study and improving employment outcomes of graduates.
