We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in ANZ. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing people strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement people strategies to drive business results
- Manage employee relations, including providing guidance and support to managers and employees
- Implement and manage local talent management initiatives, including performance management and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Identify training needs and coordinate with regional L&D teams to deliver relevant programs
- Work closely with regional teams to manage local compensation and benefits
- Implement global and regional TA strategies locally, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with proven expertise in managing the entire HR lifecycle. You should be an agile and proactive problem-solver, adept at navigating challenges with a positive, can-do attitude. Your passion for fostering an engaging and diverse culture will be instrumental in supporting Goodyear ANZ's vibrant workplace.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, ideally within a global organization
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with regional and global HR teams is a plus
