About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Record Management Specialist to join our team at EnergyAustralia. As a key member of our information management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of our records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teams with records management requirements, including information capture, storage, retrieval, scanning, and archiving.
  • Manage physical archive disposal processes in alignment with record retention.
  • Assist with maintaining Yallourn records within the document management system.
  • Develop guidance documentation and educate site staff on records retention.
  • Site Central liaison with Public Records of Victoria (PROV).
  • Develop and implement end of life strategy to maintain for closure.
Requirements
  • Record Management System experience, preferably with OBJECTIVE.
  • Experience maintaining records retention schedules.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), and a range of computer programs.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and interact with stakeholders.
