About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records management processes. This includes managing documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks to support the team's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage documentation and data entry to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our records management processes and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of records management principles and practices
Previous experience in a similar role or industry
