Role Overview

We are seeking a Records Officer to support the administration and maintenance of our electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS), including SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the eDRMS, ensuring correct application and maintenance of access protocols.
  • Manage physical records, including filing, archiving, retention, and disposal processes.
  • Provide training to staff on records management systems and practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in maintaining electronic records management systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of records management principles, including content management, filing systems, and naming conventions.
  • Ability to deliver training and support to internal staff on records management practices.
  • Prior government experience is highly regarded.
