Job Title: Records Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Records Officer to support the administration and maintenance of our electronic Document and Records Management System (eDRMS), including SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the eDRMS, ensuring correct application and maintenance of access protocols.
- Manage physical records, including filing, archiving, retention, and disposal processes.
- Provide training to staff on records management systems and practices.
About You:
- Experience in maintaining electronic records management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of records management principles, including content management, filing systems, and naming conventions.
- Ability to deliver training and support to internal staff on records management practices.
