Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and corresponding with candidates.
- Prepare employment offers and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed.
- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
