About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and corresponding with candidates.
  • Prepare employment offers and assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Generate reports and provide HR-related data as needed.
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications and Criteria
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
