  • Supporting the coordination of the firm's national clerkship and graduate programs, including preparing employment agreements, drafting internal communications, and assisting with onboarding logistics;
  • Assisting with the coordination of staff gifts and recognition initiatives on an ad hoc basis;
  • Maintaining HR records and documents across our HRIS and OneNote systems, ensuring accuracy at all times;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the HR team and new starters where required;
  • Managing credit card reconciliations and proactive diary management;;
  • Providing reception coverage support as needed.

Experience

As the successful candidate, you will hold tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline or bring equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Success in this role will require highly developed verbal and written communication skills and excellent time management capabilities, enabling you to manage competing priorities effectively. Furthermore, you will have an enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a keen desire to support the HR team and contribute constructively to the team's activities and projects.
