Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource System Specialist to maintain and improve HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality. The role provides global systems administration support and HR process improvements to various HR systems, including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors HXM, and other Human Resources technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Owners to provide system management support for ongoing or annual programs.
  • Manage workflow, including notifications and dynamic roles/groups.
  • Utilize the ECSC ticketing system to manage and resolve support tickets.
  • Maintain HR business systems to ensure continued operation through testing, quarterly updates, and enhancements.
  • Analyze and improve overall HR workflow through system and procedural changes and user training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with security features, such as user access control, role-based permission models, and group management.
  • Deep knowledge of import processes to support business operations during reorganization, mergers & acquisitions, and annual programs.
