Senior Workplace Health and Safety Specialist

As a key member of our safety team, you will play a pivotal role in the management, development, and ongoing improvement of our workplace health and safety systems and practices.
About the Role:- Administrating and enhancing our workplace health and safety management systems, including MYOSH software.
- Providing accurate and timely workplace health and safety advice to operational teams across the business.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of workplace health and safety documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Assisting with audits, continuous improvement activities, and compliance with relevant workplace health and safety standards, including ISO 45001.
- Contributing to incident reporting, investigation, and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promoting a proactive risk-aware culture across all levels of the business through leadership and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in work health and safety, experience with ISO 45001 and WHS management systems, and a strong understanding of relevant legislation in Australia and New Zealand.
