We're seeking an inspiring leader to join our team as a coordinator of out-of-school-hours care at a local school.
As the heart of the program, you'll design meaningful experiences, lead a passionate team, and create a positive, nurturing space for children.
- Design and lead a tailored program reflecting children's interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the community.
- Foster emotional, social, and behavioural development in children.
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver high-quality sessions every day.
- Maintain accurate records while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
You'll need:
- A deep passion for working with children, especially those with additional needs.
- Proven experience in education, child development, or inclusive programming.
- A collaborative leadership style.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
