Job Title: Program Coordinator

You will effectively coordinate the delivery of educational services and projects for surgeons and aspiring surgeons.

This includes managing the successful delivery of educational courses throughout Australia, coordinating and supporting faculty members to deliver activities, overseeing participant enrolments, and monitoring revenue and expenditure of courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Delivery Management: Manage the delivery of educational courses, including face-to-face courses, workshops, online learning, and resources.
  • Faculty Support and Coordination: Coordinate and support faculty members, including faculty recruitment, retention, and reward and recognition.
  • Enrolment Oversight: Oversee participant enrolments, including registrations and withdrawals.
  • Financial Monitoring: Monitor revenue and expenditure of courses.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or Education: Completion of Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management, or Education, or relevant work experience.
  • Event Coordinating Experience: Experience coordinating events and educational workshops.
  • Customer Service Skills: High level of customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, correspondence, emails, and other communications.
  • Organisational and Time Management: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level attention to detail with the ability to think laterally.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to effectively problem solve.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Dynamics365 Understanding: Intermediate level understanding and knowledge of database systems and reporting, including Dynamics365.
